David’s ‘Bloody Mary’ Burger

For those of you having barbecues this year I’ve got a humdinger of a burger for you to have a go at. It’s deliciously simple and a winner with all the family. This is not an exact science just an easy-peasy ‘throw it all together’ recipe – its BBQ food for goodness sake – so here goes……..
  • 500g minced beef
  • 2tbs tomato puree
  • Generous pinch of celery salt
  • 5 or 6 shakes of Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco to taste
  • Handful of breadcrumbs

Thoroughly combine all the ingredients, pat out into your desired burger size and pop it on to the grill.

I guarantee you, it’s a winner!
